Members who pay their 200 Club Membership annually are reminded that their yearly membership is now due for renewal. If you wish to start paying monthly, forms are available. If anyone wishes to join the 200 Club, help St Charles' and be part of the fun, please pop in to the hall after any of the Masses this weekend. £4,800 was paid out over the last year in prize money and the 200 Club generates £6,700 for the Parish on a yearly basis. This is a very efficient way of boosting our parish funds for repairs and refurbishments
A huge thank you to everyone who donate items to our Foodbank collection. The response has been really great. May we remind you, however, that we cannot accept fresh food such as bread, vegetables, fruit etc. A list of appropriate items is available on the wall at the collection point in the porch. The Pilgrimage of Saint Therese around our country and diocese was a resounding success and a source of many blessings and consolations for all those who came to venerate her relics or prayed in spirit with them. Could we thank the national organisers, our diocesan events team and office staff, Fr. Paul Brady, our parish clergy and religious, especially the Little Sisters, Canons Boyle and Freeney and the parishioners, officers and ministries in Saint Mary’s and the Cathedral, Mgr. Carlin and the diocesan choir, our diocesan schools and organisations, and all those who gave so generously of their time, talent and services. All those who experienced the joy of St. Therese among us are grateful to those whose hard work made this pilgrimage so fruitful.
The RCIA is the process by which we receive new adult members into the Catholic Church. ‘ Formed’-St. Mirin’s Chaplaincy Center, 45 High Street, Paisley will be hosting a new club named ‘Formed’ on Monday afternoons 4.30-6.00pm.
